If your domain is no longer valid, fill out the form at the "Latest US Domain Template" link above, email it to us, then print it out, get it notarized and mail it to the PO Box. When we receive the email, we will restore your domain within 24 hours. But if we do not receive the form at the PO Box within 60 days, we will comment it out again. We are doing this because the US Department of Commerce is requiring Neustar, Inc and us to verify that all .US domain owners are US residents. We will also be requiring annual re-registration, but plan to make this available online.
